Your milestone charms which will be provided unattached - it's up to you to give yourself a patt on the back and thread each one onto the main keyring when you reach that goal. 

Made from aluminium. Main disc measures 35mm and milestone charms are 40mm long. This keyring is hand stamped meaning that each one will be slightly different and unique. Red enamel apple charm also included.
